If you’re like most coffee aficionados, or a tea drinker, you have a favourite mug. Each time you fill the mug more stains remain on the inside. You have scrubbed and scrubbed and to no avail.

Remove Coffee Stains from Mugs with Lemon

Well, here’s a great use for lemon juice.

You’ll need:

A lemon,

Any clean cloth

Water

Salt (for those hard to remove stains)

Squeeze the lemon juice in the mug. Make sure all affected spots are coated with the juice.

Let this sit for 10 to 15 minutes.

Dampen the cloth and rub the lemon juice into the stains.
If there are still stains add a little salt and rub again.

Rinse clean.

Better than any cleaner and no chemicals involved.
